SouthCarolinaInfraGard.org (hereinafter referred to as the “System,” and which includes, but is not limited to, the website www.SouthCarolinaInfraGard.org, email addresses with the SouthCarolinaInfraGard.org domain, and all tangible or virtual hardware or software used to support it) is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Reference within the System to any specific commercial products, processes, or services by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by InfraGard South Carolina Members Alliance (SCIMA). The name “InfraGard,” a registered mark of the FBI, is used under strict adherence to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the FBI and the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA), which governs all local chapters, including SCIMA.

Prohibited Activities:
Abusive activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting through the System any unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful content, or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate applicable law.

Authorized Use Only:
The System, user accounts, and any data stored on or retrieved from the System are the property of SCIMA and are to be used solely for official InfraGard business. Using the System for unrelated purposes violates these Terms and Conditions. Violators may have their access suspended or terminated.

Compliance with Law:
The System shall be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of material that violates U.S. law or South Carolina law, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other statutes, is prohibited. The administrator reserves the right to remove any illegal or noncompliant material. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and must report any suspected compromise to the System administrator immediately.


System and Network Security

  • Users shall not bypass authentication or security measures on any host, network, or account.
  • Passwords must not be shared or written down.
  • Users shall not interfere with any system, network, or user session.
  • No scripts, commands, or tools may be used to disrupt others’ access or operations.
  • Violations may result in criminal or civil liability. SCIMA will cooperate fully with investigations, including with law enforcement agencies.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically

By using the System, users consent to the collection and storage of certain information, including:

  • Browser and operating system used
  • Date and time of access
  • Duration of visit
  • User ID and administrative login data
  • Pages visited

SCIMA may share this information with government or non-government entities if necessary.

For system integrity and security purposes, all network activity is monitored. Anyone using this System consents to such monitoring. Evidence of misuse or criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Unauthorized attempts to alter, damage, or misuse the System are strictly prohibited and may be prosecuted under federal law.
